Eyelashes?  ...for your car?

I've seen wreaths on the front of cars at the holidays, but this was a first!  Eyelashes! ...Pink eyelashes at that!  I was wondering where one might get eyelashes for their car, and thanks to the wide-wonderful-web, I found that there is a website ...yep - eyelashes4cars.com.  

Actually the more I look at 'em the more I kinda like 'em!  

Would you, could you?...put lashes on your car?  

Maybe on a certain make or model?

Yeah I can just see a big ole truck with these added, or maybe an eighteen wheeler.  I'm pretty sure my guy would never, ever go for this look on the front of his FJ!

Wow...This truck was shot full of holes!  

Well that thought was 'shot full of holes' actually, since these are stickers.  I thought they were real, but the Hubs viewed them at a closer point and convinced me otherwise.
Ah shoot, fooled me!  I thought it funny though.  

I guess they make having the dents seem not as bad, eh?

This could be a funny thing to prank someone with, or an April Fool's gag!  
(Provided those little 'stickers' come off easily!) *giggles*

Oh no, not Zombies?  

Yes they do exist, these "ready for the Zombies" folks, that is!  I couldn't believe it myself until I saw this van while we were on our way home after dinner out one evening.  I'm not sure which is more frightening, the thought of the zombies existing or the folks that are preparing for them?  Well if the Zombies do exist or are coming, I guess it's good we have those faithful Zombie Apocalypse Response units on the ready!  Whewww!

There is an online store to purchase items such as t-shirts, signs and bumper stickers too!

Although I must admit that I did like a few of the other signs that they had on their site, such as these...

I'm reading these with the voice of Clint Eastwood in my head saying them! *giggles*

I thinking the Hubs would probably like this one!

The Mayan Calendar

December 21, 2012...The End?

Some have been believing that it marks the end of all time, dooms day!

Dec 21, 2012 - Not the end, a new beginning!

Most information I have read has stated that this instead, marks a new beginning.  Just as our Calendar year starts over each Jan 1st marking a new year!  Lots of different opinions out there as there will always be, but I am an optimist, and so I like the idea of a new beginning!  

I got a chuckle when I heard someone on TV say that this day should happen on a Monday, why mess up the whole weekend!

The Longhorn Cowfish

The Longhorn Cowfish is a saltwater fish and is a variety of Boxfish.

While at the pet shop recently we watched this little fish in action and I thought it was quite interesting, it seemed to have personality and to be playful, also as if playing peek-a-boo with us.  A most unusual looking sea creature.
This would be a great visual and conversational addition to a saltwater tank if you have one!

"Raskullz" - A Helmet for Kids

...I'm not real sure if my granddaughter would even wear this, I think it's hilariously hideous!  OK, it's kind of cute but also ridiculously funny too! OMGosh!

I came across this a while back and found it quite funny and perplexing at the same time.

O K so I'm sure it does what it is suppose to do for the wearer of it, it is a helmet for kids and is for safety, (and I'm all for 'safety for children') but what about the others around that child?  I mean look at it, if their head is down and another child or person were to bump into that horn, or those ears even!...Ouch!  "You could put an eye out with that!"...Seriously!  I want to call fail on this one, and I think maybe they need to reconsider this 'safety' item! ???...

First of all these are over a foot tall!  
I should have made that clearer when I decided to take a picture!

I spotted these at a local store and thought to myself ...well, that they were kind of scary, and yet at the same time really cracked me up! OMGosh!  I can't but wonder if a child would really like one of these!  It dispenses a whole pack of pez candy at a time though, which it comes with a total of six packs.  I got a good laugh out of it!  Oh well maybe it would make a good conversation  (I mean) laughing piece!

What the...Friday?

I had an idea to do  "What the Friday?" pages to share some of the unusual events or items, 

something of question, or things that make you go ...hmm?  WTF and WTH have become a popular acronym, or initialism if you want to get technical! Originally "What the Wednesday?", came 

to mind for this, because it keeps the ol' mouth in check instead of an outburst such as, "What the ???!" (insert word here), no I meant friday, friday!!) but actually, "What the Friday?" works and is much better for WTF or WTH?!  So I will use that, and I know there are plenty of "What The Friday" moments in life, and I'll share some as I come across them so, WTF do ya think about that?!
