I put this fun gift together for some friends by combining two different ideas from a list of other fun Christmas gift ideas.
[I have more fun gift ideas for you at the end of this post ...About 30 of them!]
The card on the gift read: "We're "nuts" about you! "Orange" you glad we're friends?"
Inside contained Mixed Nuts, a Nutcracker and Pick Set, and a Terry's Chocolate Orange.

The gift package was put together with a few simple items, and it didn't cost a lot to make it. I'll explain how I put this particular gift together, and what I used to make it, but you can use different items in creating a similar gift and also with how you put it together.
Items needed
I put some Mixed nuts into a small plastic bag, then placed the bag of nuts into a mini paper loaf pan. I then sat the nut filled loaf pan down into another large disposable bag. I tucked in a Nutcracker and Pick set just behind the loaf pan, and sat a Terry's Chocolate Orange on top of the nuts.
I gathered the plastic bag up around everything and secured it by tying on green curling ribbon, and then tied on some jingle bells with gold ribbon. The bottom corners were taped underneath to neatly finish off the bottom of the plastic bag.
I added a "Merry Christmas" give tag with a hand written message of "We're "nuts" about you! "Orange" you glad we're friends?"

These are so easy and fun to make, and the recipients will enjoy them!
I made these for friends.
I placed each of the completed packages into a pretty Christmas gift bag and added some tissue paper to complete each gift.Check out more ideas here: Over 30 fun and inexpensive Christmas ideas
