While having the Grands staying with us over the weekend, we enjoyed sharing in some fun times with them. We had an adventure out to a local park, which they enjoyed very much and said "they really wished they could visit this park everyday!" Much to do and play on there!
They were good sports about posing for me so I could capture some photos.
These were strike-a-pose moments. Precious moments for me actually. They sure are cuties ...I'm pretty smitten with them! My heart is full...

Another adventure after the fun at the park was baking these delicious cookies.
Say the word cookies to little ones and the excitement is full-on. Even more so if they get to help with baking the cookies!
This is what happens when you send Grandpa and the Grands to the store to get cookies to bake! Happy little cookie-baker faces, and three types of cookies! Over three dozen ...give or take a few! Taste testing is always required when the first batch is ready! We had Dark Chocolate-chocolate chip, Reese's peanut butter and Chocolate chip.
They were very surprised by the amount of cookies we ended up with after all the baking was finished. "We made a lot of cookies!", they said with great surprise!
It was a Grand Adventure!
