Thoughts and Things - This week ... A Grand Spring Break

I say it often to others, especially if they are new to the title of grandparent ..."It's a whole new kind of Love!"  Once I became a grandparent I was forever changed, my heart swollen to a new level of fullness.  Filled with immense joy and pride, and immeasurable love...

We enjoyed having the Grands stay with us over their Spring Break.  These two have my heart!  They are quite interesting, entertaining and fun these days.  They each have their own personality and are of course changing all of the time, minute by minute, hour by hour, and day by day!

I will warn those viewing this post...it is heavy with photos...and cuteness!

Spring Breaks Fun!

Bubbles, bubbles everywhere.  Aeon was enjoying all of the fun, love, and attention...and those bubbles!  These three really enjoy being together!

I jokingly said to the girls that I feared the dog just might "poop" a bubble, with the amount he had captured with his mouth!  They just giggled!  I'm not sure if they were giggling at the thought of that, or that Grandma said "poop!?"

A beautiful Spring day, a perfect day for a Tea Party outside!

Making their own pizzas for Grandpa to cook on the Big Green Egg!  Grilled pizza, yum!

Pizza for the Princesses.  Pepperoni with extra cheese!  ..."Can we eat them now?!"

A little time spent making jewelry.  Creating a Mother's Day gift for their mommy...shhhh!

A day out with Grandma for a bit of shopping and enjoying some lunch out in the gorgeous sunshine!

An afternoon trip to the Park, and it's even better when the "Ice Cream Truck" visits the Park too!  "Thanks for the special treat Grandma and Grandpa!"

Smiles and happy faces for a fun time spent at the Park.

Making Fringed Infinity Scarves out of t-shirts.

Hot pink for her color choice...

And, Blue was the choice for her.

A sweet pose together in true fashion-show style while modeling their new hand crafted scarves.  They were so proud of them.

As always the time passed too quickly.  I hope they enjoyed being here with us as much as we enjoyed having them here!

I sure miss them and their sweet giggles already!...
