Here it is December already! I'm going to be busy planning for the Christmas holiday, as I am sure that's what most of everyone else is doing right now. Since Thanksgiving was only a couple of days from December this year, it felt like it arrived even sooner than usual. I have most often started my decorating for Christmas the first week of December in the past, but I'm going to be a little behind this year because of the later Thanksgiving celebration.
I've not been one to get to the Christmas decorating before Thanksgiving. But when I do get started, I always enjoy opening up the decorations that have been ever so carefully stored away for the past year. It's kind of like early Christmas presents when I see all of the ornaments for the Christmas tree, and all the rest of the pretty, shiny, glittered and sparkling things that bring back so many memories when I see them again. I love Christmas time and look forward to the holiday with all of its magic and wonder.
